🎲 Randomize
Draw separately for each loaded class
“Gently” draws near each setting's default; “wide open” draws across each slider's whole range. The seed, the per-build rarity weights and locked settings are never touched — reroll owns the seed.

Tool (default)
BBGM potEstimator formula
The tool's model builds each gap from his build, age, frame, touch and production. BBGM's own formula (72.3 − 2.33 × age + 0.83 × ovr) is smoother: a steadier gap of about 3 points sd against about 6, and it shrinks as ovr rises. The game only uses it when a league turns on "use pot estimator" or has very many teams; otherwise it simulates development (monteCarloPot), and its own version of the formula adds ±2 of noise that this one leaves out.

Let weight drift with the build (and height too, when heights are not kept below)
Keep every imported height exactly as the file listed it
On, nothing the tool draws can move a player's height rating — not a reroll, not the size drift, not the physical-outlier anomaly (which is half a foot from his own height when it runs). Weight can still drift if the box above it is ticked. A height you set by hand still moves it.
Every rebuilt player is re-solved against BBGM's own ovr formula, so specializing a build never changes his overall.

Birthplace weight
Destination weights for players with no college. Each is scaled by where the player was born — a Serbian leans EuroLeague and the Adriatic League, an Australian leans NBL.

The world
Universe mode — run every loaded file as one continuous world
With this on, the loaded classes run oldest season first and each one hands its conference map, program strength, coaches and star returners to the next, a later class's upperclassmen play the earlier seasons on their real rosters — and every tab, and the export, show that world rather than a fresh re-simulation. Load two or more class files for it to mean anything.

Draw two or three storylines for the season
A class flavor says what kind of PLAYERS this year has. A narrative says what kind of SEASON they played — a wide-open year, a mid-major surge, a scoring explosion, a chaotic sideline. Two or three of them stack.

Pace and scoring environment move possessions; shooting efficiency moves what a possession is worth. Pace, both environment dials and stat randomness apply to Division I only — every professional league abroad has its own pace and game length.
